Friends, what is the reason why the tournament that you create is not displayed and you have to do it privately?

Thanks for making some tournaments, currently they are all private to the group you create as we have inherited this from Lichess. We may look in the future to expose group tournaments so that others can view them and therefore join if they wish.

I don't know the details of the platform yet, so please excuse me if I sometimes ask too many questions or suggestions.
I want to know if there are possibilities of creating the medley tournament with the specialties and in the order that I want. I give an example of 64 boxes, I prefer the Brazilian, Russian and Spanish ones. I would like to create a tournament with just that three. How can I do it?.

Unfortunately it is not currently possible to specify the precise variants and the order of them for medley tournaments.
You do have the option to specify Draughts-64 only variants which limits you to:
- Brazilian
- Russian
- Spanish
but includes Pool and American/English.

If you were to set the 'medley interval' to 1/3 of the 'duration' then you would be guaranteed 3 of those 5 at random. There is a 1 in 10 chance that it will pick the 3 that you want so you can repeatedly force the generation to get what you want. Not ideal

Thank you very much for the immediacy of your response. When I write, I do it collecting the opinion of several friends who visit the platform, with the aim of improving it and helping.
I remind you of the 4 questions that we have suggested:
1-Achieve visibility for everyone, of the tournament that one creates
2-Change the large diagonal of the Spanish queen to the right.
3-Delete the rule that from several tables is counted as zero points
4-The possibility that order and variants can be chosen in potpourri tournaments.

Friends, I recently realized that a player created tournament once it starts can be edited and its parameters changed. I consider that incorrect. It can be used in favor of whoever creates it.

What happens if someone makes a mistake whilst creating an event?
Still, often it is helpful to be able to edit an event.

It is also a lot of work to edit the code to fix that, so it wouldn't be worth the effort ( I presume )

Hello.. I am not referring to editing the tournament before starting which is prudent and necessary. I mean edit it once the tournament is taking place. In other words, once the tournament has started, I think it should not undergo any modifications.

What happens if the players want to change it?

Also, it would be a lot of effort within code to change so it wouldn't be worth the effort
