When I played with a player, I click on his profile to check.
After that the system judged that I lost the match.
I dont know why .......
Deduct the point
Was it before the start of the game? There is a maximum number of seconds to play the first move, both on player 1 and player 2 turn. Not sure if this could have been it.
No it was after move 13

If a player leaves the game, the other player has the right to claim victory or can wait a certain amount of time for the opponent.
Hello @benny1911988
When you have started a game and you choose to navigate away from the game page, the system doesn't know if you are choosing to leave the game permanently or whether you will return. So after a couple of seconds of being absent from the page, the system will give your opponent a message to say that you have left the game and in 10 seconds time, if you have not returned, they can claim a win, or claim a draw, or continue to wait. If at any point in that time you do return to the game these options (and the countdown) are immediately removed.
The system brings up a pop up to confirm whether you want to leave the game page when you are midway through the game - which would trigger this countdown. The safe way to browse other pages on the site during your games is to open them in a new tab. Leaving the game open in a tab allows the system to think you haven't permanently abandoned the game you have started.
Unfortunately this seems to be what happened in the game you link, and we see no incorrect behaviour from the system.
Ok, I got that now.
That means if I use two devices to play the game, one device is on the game, and another device navigates away from the game page, it is okay.
Am I correct?
Hi @benny1911988 yes you are correct. You just need to stay connected to the game in one tab on any device and that will be enough to ensure the system does not think that you have abandoned the game.
Ok, I understand now, thank you @statmatt
