It's very strange. I opened the site in incognito mode, so no extensions work there. But the site seems to open at about 70 percent.

Как я понял, напрямую сайт не заблокирован. Но замедлен трафик самого домена, из-за чего этот сайт без впн или прокси грузится только в виде текста без всяких виджитов

Please can you give as much information as you can about what you experience, so that we can try and fix it.

Is the problem that sometimes pages on PlayStrategy take a long time load and sometimes when they do they are missing images/styling? Does a refresh resolve the issue, or is reproducible consistently?

The site takes a very long time to load. And when it does, only text is displayed. According to a check of the site against the Russian block list, it is blocked by a CDN. However, the site itself is not blocked. The same applies to Lishogi and Lichess. However, Lichess is whitelisted.

Как решили проблему? Я пробовал запустить сайт на чистом браузере с разных устройств. Пробовал открывать в режиме инкогнито, чтобы никакие расширения не влияли на работу сайта, однако происходит словно ограничение трафика

Thanks for the information, this helps us identify the problem. We will try and investigate, but I'm not sure that we will have a quick solution. You may need to continue with a VPN in the meantime
