It is ranked based on how much you enjoy a certain game against opponent of similar strength. For example, if you are rated 1900 in Horde and 1200 in Abalone, would you enjoy more to play a Horde game with a 1900 rated opponent or a Abalone game with a 1200 rated opponent.

After making your tier list, you can click "Save or Download" at bottom, "Download image", upload the downloaded image to Imgur (drag and drop the file), right-click the image in Imgur, "Copy image link", then paste the .png link here.
