Why playstartegy tv doesn't show some chess variants like bullet chess?

The channels shown on the TV page reflect the games currently being played.
They're organized first by game family, then by variant.
For chess specifically, you're in luck: time control is also currently available as a filtering criterion, sitting alongside variant filter.
