in this Xiangqi swiss tournament weird things started happening after i believe start of round 4 countdown reached zero playstrategy.org/swiss/5orD8hHN

Site was lagging a lot (refreshing wouldnt give response), some claim they won game even though it shows they lost, played only 4 rounds even though there was supposed to be 5, timer was resetting to a higher value often while spamming chat that round was starting or has started...

Hi @FiveKnights thank you for reporting this. It does look like something went wrong with this Swiss tournament, from round 4 onwards. We'll investigate, but I'd consider the results of this tournament beyond the third round to be invalid as they are likely to be incorrect.

@woll I don't see any errors at the time that this game was created. Can you give more of an explanation of what you experienced in this moment?

There was something like reconnect, something like the connection to the internet was not there, I have done my first move but the connection to the server failed and I lost without making a move. May be the connection to the Internet was too slow.

Unfortunately this seems likely it was an intermittent connection issue between you and PlayStrategy at the time, for which its very hard to establish any further details. Please report to us any similar occurrences you come across.
