Okay, will there be an announcement like that for World Nomad Games as well?

@DiegoCoteaux probably not. Many of the people directly involved with PlayStrategy were present at the MSO event, which isn't the case for the World Nomad Games.

We also had relevant PlayStrategy information to share with the studies of games played and Chess broadcasts. We have nothing similar planned with the World Nomad Games. However, if someone who is present at the World Nomad Games and has similar information/data that they can send to us then we would gladly help to share it.
