I think it's cool seeing games other than chess doing well too and out of the chess variants, Monster and Atomic are the most popular. I quite like No Castling, needs more love!

I don't know what a good strategy is but black is a normal chess army, white has a small army but can move twice per turn. Try casual against a bot or play around on the analysis board. You might enjoy it, I think it can be quite short like atomic.

I was thinking about these numbers too. Cos they are averages the true current daily figure might be a lot higher, maybe even double for some, but this is all the info I could see.

And to people looking to organise tournaments, it could be a good idea to start with the most popular games because people are already using the site for them.
