The Barbados Mind Sports Team competes with discipline and composure. We prepare thoroughly, respect every opponent, and take each match as it comes. Wins and losses are handled the same way. No excuses, no letting one result carry into the next. We hold ourselves to a standard: be on time, be focused, be honest about our play, and support each other through the long events. Representing Barbados means something to us, and we carry that responsibility in how we prepare, how we compete, and how we conduct ourselves at the table.
