Hi, this is not a bug.
You are playing against PS-Random-mover, therefore it had a 50% chance to pass or play (on a8) on its last move. If it had played in a8 then it would have captured all the stones on the board!

Thank you, I just wanted to show my brother how the bot captures all the stones, because he ALWAYS took these stones, this just never happened.
