Instead of 12. d6(:h6):e3 a jump was split into two moves.
That resulted a deviation in move order, and I was confused what I had to do.
Hopefully, after (14.) b8-c7 (which was not visible on the board, btw.) I realized that I am supposed to capture f4:b8, but I acknowledge that many players would be angry for being put in a shameful situation where a winning position gets lost because of time out!

Thanks for raising this bug. I can replicate the game and get the same issue which is at least consistent.
