Why do players can't gain access to the rated correspondence games and it only gives casual access?

PlayStrategy currently doesn't allow rated correspondence games in variants (anything but Standard Chess) as this is the default settings copied from Lichess.
Cheat detection becomes much more difficult when the game is correspondence and so this is part of the rationale behind it.
PlayStrategy does intend to review it's rating system at some point in the future, and we may allow rated correspondence games for variants one day.

You were right. But I couldn't create a rated correspondence in chess variants too.
