Leaderboards updated

You may have noticed the leaderboards (playstrategy.org/player) change in the last few days. This was due to an accidental clean up in the database which meant lots of unstable ratings were removed from the view. We have now restored this data but taken the opportunity to update the requirements for being on the leaderboard. We have introduced two new rules:
- A player must have played a rated game within the last year
- A player's rating must not have a very high Glicko-2 deviation (>230). If your rating (as shown on your profile) is just a '?' with no number, this means the deviation is > 230, and is therefore ineligible for the leaderboards.
Please see playstrategy.dev/faq#leaderboards for a complete explanation.
