I can't create a rated game by correspondence! Fix it!

All correspondence games must be casual.

Please explain in more detail

We don’t currently have ratings for correspondence games on the site. Therefore when setting up a game with a correspondence clock, you have to set the mode to casual (not rated).

But I want to play for the rating!

That's not possible then. Just accept the fact that it's not possible.

Currently chess is treated differently to other games (time control ratings). Once we create some consistency across all our games we may then allow rated modes in all games for different time controls.
