Sorry about that experience, could you provide more details/ step by step interaction so that we maybe able to fix this potential bug. In addition, a link to the game and were you playing on mobile or browser?

Could you link us to some of the games you've experienced this problem in? Is it happening in all games? Is it every move or only occasionally? When did this start happening?

Can you also tell us what phone Operating System you use, and what Browser you use? If possible please provide version numbers.

Finally can you explain what you mean by 'press and hold'? What are you experiencing on the game board when that happens?
