Currently users can view live games on PlayStrategy (playstrategy.org/games), by clicking the link on the home page.
As there are not many live games in progress, we have extended this view to also show the current ongoing correspondence games.

Does it show all all games or a fixed number or filtered by anything else?

it currently shows the top 15 for each category, ordered by (live then correspondence) where the correspondence games are ordered by average user rating.
