Why ended that game with a draw result?
There is no draw in xiangqi after three times the same position.

Xiangqi draw?
this is Perpetual Chase. red fouled.
Perpetual Check, Chasing, and Repetition are a complicated topic in Xiangqi, and from previous research there doesn't seem to be a universally accepted number of times used.
Our rules page should cover the implementation on PlayStrategy: playstrategy.org/variant/xiangqi
This forum post covers the last update we did to these rules: playstrategy.org/forum/playstrategy-feedback/xiangqi-repetition-and-insufficient-material-rule-updates
In the example game given, the end position was repeated 4 times, and so both players were given the opportunity to claim a draw (as stated in Additional Rules, point 4). One of the players chose to do this. I don't think Stockfish would do this, so I believe it is the opponent.

in this game black fouled. Perpetual Chase again.
Wait, C2=1 is clearly a Chase, C1=2 is not Chase but it is a Sacrifice? Um…

This can always draw?lol
@XBLAAAAA my response is the same as in playstrategy.org/forum/playstrategy-feedback/xiangqi-draw#3
I presume you are choosing to 'claim a draw' rather than continuing the game?
@statmatt claim draw is automatically lol
Hi @XBLAAAAA aha so there is a setting in your preferences (playstrategy.org/account/preferences/game-behavior) "Claim draw on threefold repetition automatically" which you have set to "Always". This is why your games end automatically. If you don't want this to happen then you can change this preference, which applies to any game where repetition is possible.
