Adjudication Criteria:
1. Largest number of your pieces that are in the opposite half of the board to your King at the end of the game
2. Fewest moves (plies) in overall game
3. Earliest Entry

Unrelated, but why is the Xiangqi notation so different than chess? With all those - + = symbols
@ronin3b I'm not entirely sure, but my guess would be that the two standards were developed independently a long time ago.
