How long do you need to be a member for to be able to apply?

I currently have a 'too soon' banner on the page

I think the account has to be greater than 2 days old (which yours is) and also you have to have played more than 14 games (which you haven't).
So if you play a few more rated games then you should be able to apply and we will accept! :)
