A New game - Mangala

Hello, the site is great, with a much better interface than playok.com. I'd like to suggest adding the game Mangala. It would be a great variant to add to Mancala. And I imagine it shouldn't be difficult, since a large part of it will be used from the oware.

I couldn’t agree more with this suggestion! Adding Mangala to the website would be a fantastic addition, especially to expand the variety of Mancala games available. It’s an important and widely played variant, and I believe it would make the platform even more valuable for players around the world.

This game is part of the World Nomad Games (worldnomadgames.org).

In the 2026 edition in Kyrgyzstan, 36 countries participated:

Argentina, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Brazil, Ivory Coast, Colombia, the Czech Republic, Spain, Ethiopia, France, Great Britain, Germany, Ghana, Haiti, India, Ireland, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, the Republic of Korea, Latvia, Liberia, Malaysia, Mexico, Mongolia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Poland, Romania, Russia, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Tanzania, Turkiye, Uganda, and Uzbekistan.

Mangala is included alongside Bestemshe, Oware, and Togyzqumalaq in America's Mancala Games Cup, a virtual competition with four Mangala tournaments held throughout the year for junior and senior categories. In 2026, these 12 countries are participating:

Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, El Salvador, Ecuador, Guatemala, Haiti, Mexico, Panama, and Spain as special guest.

Currently, we are playing Mangala on Playok, but we would like the entire America's Cup to be played on Playstrategy.
