That is not enough. You have to schedule a time with your opponent.
If the players do not schedule a time, will not have any right to claim a possible forfeit.
The way to show that you schedule a time with your opponent is posting it here in the forum.

If you want to post here some hours of the day that you are available to play is perfectly fine, but you should offer more than one option.
When I said that the players must post the times here, I meant after you two (the players) agreed a time.
Additionally you must post the BOXES you chose as well for the round.
I please ask you to all the players to READ THE RULES of the tournament to make everything easier and faster.

You still have not scheduled your matches!
If your opponent is not answering the messages (even if you them coming online), use this forum to post the times you might be able to play (it has to be many options).
If at the end of the deadline the match has not been played and none of the players try to schedule using this forum, both players will lose the match by forfeit.
And if a player loses more that one round by forfeit a disqualification of the tournament would probably happen.
So please do not procastinate the schedule of your matches!
