And why do I have 2 points?? I did not participate in 1 of the shields because of the inconvenient time for me.

Big fan of the weekly tournaments idea! I’m hoping to play the amazons one fairly often :)

This result will become ineligible for the leaderboard after 18th April.

We do intend to add a bit more information so players can see where their points have come from.

A few extra pieces of news relating to tournaments:

The PlayStrategy Medley (playstrategy.org/tournament/medley-shield/shieldPlayStrategyMedley) now includes Amazons! The tournament length has been extended to 2 hours as there will now be 8 games played.

Users may also create their own Medley tournaments featuring Amazons.

An issue noted in the most recent PlayStrategy Medley where 'From Position' was the Chess variant has now been resolved.

If you were wondering where your shield leaderboard points are coming from then you can now view the tournaments that are making up a player's score by following the link from the points number in the leaderboard, e.g. playstrategy.org/@/oruro/tournaments/shieldleaderboard

Its not quite as simple as just adding up the 'Points' column though as you still need to account for the rule that a player can only use their best score from the same shield in their leaderboard score. For example for our leader @oruro, they have played in 5 Chess Variant Medley Shields in the last two months but can only use one (the best) of these results in their leaderboard score.

If you think your score may be wrong on any of the shield leaderboards, please let us know, but this page should help you with calculations.
